I would recommend you not getting staff from the forums. These are complete strangers to your server. Instead look for people in the server that are dedicated and help out others. Those are your best candidates.

This is actually hilarious. a tip: Don't recruit staff on a public website. There are always people around that tend to grief everything to all hell and nearly every post being made by level 1 people doesn't make me more confident that they won't.
