May I host a minecraft server or not,worths the price?

I have been searching on the web about a non-offline server,a 24/7 server package,but I see the prices are not cheap,I am sending this Forum Question to ask,It worth creating a server hosted ?

Please I hope you help me and send me a Commentary helping me out

PS: I am brazilian so the Dollar is 2$ for me (E.g: The server is 25$,that means I need to pay 50$ ), so what is the most cheap-worth host service

I'd suggest you using FatalityHosting. There 1.5 Gigabytes of ram (25-30 players) is 10$ a month.
