Mcleaks authenticator not fixing error "An error prevented your request from being processed"

I want to log into my Mojang account on Minecraft.net and everytime I try it says "An error prevented your request from being processed". I looked it up and people says to use mcleaks authenticator and select the "Mojang" option. However when I do this it still comes up with this error. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

That error may mean your connection is blocking your connection to servers, it may be a firewall issue. However I'm not entirely sure how to fix it, I was redirected to this page: https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1175661-minecraft-support-resources/
And as said below. Never, ever use MCLeaks as it is illegal in some cases.

1. you shouldn't use the mcleak authenticator, it gives stolen accounts.
2. just install the linux version (it comes in a .jar which works on windows and mac too)
