Minecraft can't open after migrating from one PC to another
My laptop's toshiba hdd decided to die a month ago, and I've been recovering most of the info (as it has a major delay problem), so when I got a new pc I decided to move everything as I placed that hdd as a secondary one, so the other day I decided to start minecraft to see how it runs on this PC but it won't open, the laucher opens and its good until I click on play, it tries to launch but it crashes with the following crash error:

I don't know if its because of an incompatibility with my computer's hardware or a corrupted file from my previous minecraft install

I fixed it, I upgraded to windows 10, it looks like that windows 7 enterprise didn't allowed to write mini dumps

I'm familiar with this error, not with Minecraft but with my own game (I like coding).
I think you should go to the Java settings on your computer, and then enabling core mini-dumps (Should be at the java security tab I think).
I had the same issue when I tried to launch my own game.
Hope I helped a bit.
