Minimizing glitch where minecraft keeps minimizing in its own every 4 - 5 secs

Please help! I want to play Minecraft but can't because it keeps minimizing. I thought about deleting and reinstalling Minecraft, but I want to try everything first, I don't want to lose everything.

I uninstalled and re-installed but now it just says unable to locate the java runtime.

Copy all important files into a folder, uninstall MC, reinstall MC, put important files into reinstalled MC.
If that doesn't work it may be that a key on your keyboard is stuck, or that you're account on the computer doesn't have security set up correctly.

It may sound weird, but is one of the buttons on your keyboard stuck/defect, there is a button to minimize minecraft, I think it is F10.

If you copy your saves, packs, etc. folders to somewhere else on your computer before you uninstall it, you won't lose anything.

Try to right click and run it as admininstrator...
