how do i get MOB spawners and not eggs the auto spawners

No, just place the mob spawner, look at it, then type /spawner <mob type?

Then u will have to install a mod for that

Level 38 : Artisan Architect

If you have essentials installed on your server then just do /give [playername] 52
and you will have your mob spawner
