(modded) Minecraft World will not load

Fairly self-explanatory, but also not.
I am playing modded 1.7.10, but Minecraft will not load any worlds--this is only in this version. It takes a while for one to load, and when one does, it will freeze and take me to the pause menu, and stop responding when I try clicking "back to game".

Creating a new world will not work. I have tried.

Hard to tell then. Are you sure your PC is up for it? Modern versions of Forge show the amount of memory being used, previous versions didn't do that to my knowledge, and world generation can take up quite some resources, especially when you have several mods which influence this.
So how much memory does your PC have? And on that same subject: how much free diskspace does it have on drive C (assuming you're using Windows)?

I don't believe it is my PC? I've done it countless times before, with the same mods
But if you must know, 800GB for the free diskspace on C.
By memory, I'm assuming you mean RAM, of which there is 8.00, and I have 7.47 left.
