Modded Server Help

Trying to make a Minecraft Comes Alive server on my pc.
It loads all the items but no one else can see it in your hand or anything. You can't drop any of the items either. I have Radix and MCA in the servers mod folder.
(PS, other mods are working fine, its just this one thats not)

well if the items are not working the mods are not installed correctly on the server, is forge installed on the server, is it the correct version of forge,
are the files in the correct places, i know from experience that putting forge on a server can be annoying because of where the files go, The mods may also not be installed correctly, are they in the correct place on the server, are they the correct versions

I'm pretty sure they are installed correctly.. I did it the exact way that I did for the mods that are working.
