Mysql help with mcmmo

So I have a bungee server, and I would like to host mysql database remotely. Currently i'm using this in the config, and it doesn't want to connect. I've tried is several other ways as well.

I thought this was the database name: survival_mcmmo my problem is more with the address. it wont connect to a remote server.

Address: This is copied from the default config for the latest version, this is what format it should be in.
I also noticed that you don't have a database name in your current configuration for MySQL.
If you don't understand something, please tell me.
