Hello there,so basically I opened a factions server,however it wasn't working that great,mainly because players in factions want other players so they stay,even if the server is good,with no players factions is no fun,so I decided to make a hub including Creative and Skyblock! however I need advice on setup and where to start and all,any help would be appreciated

You would first want to get bungeecord to manage your worlds so that you don't have gamemode creative on factions. Then, you would want to create a separate world for all of your servers. ex. end, nether, overworld. Just with the same properties as overworld. Like a clone, then just add your customizations to the hub. Next would be a way to travel between worlds, you could set an NPC or portal using certain plugins like Citizens (NPC) along with CitizensCMD (Goes With Citizens) or use Advanced Portals (Custom Portals).
