And ask me questions there. I can help you out greatly! I run my own server and I spent 3 days looking for configuration for factions, and found it when I finally looked a little closer in the texts. --=[ Steps to finding factions configuration ]=-
1) Stop your server.
2) Download and install mcore; http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/mcore/
2) Download and install factions; http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/factions/
3) Run your server.
4) Go to your FTP File access.
5) Go to the "mstore" folder.
6) Click on the "factions mconf" for some of the config.
7) You can also go to "factions uconf@default" for more configuration
