Need help with fixing glitches

Hey guys! Well, I'm having a quite annoying issue in my Minecraft world. Those glitches/bugs things are all over the world! Could you guys help me out with this, on how to fix it? I've put some pictures of it.
Additional info: I use the Conquest Reforged Resouce Pack + Mod, I also have Mo' Creatures and WorldEdit intalled. Graphics: Fancy; Smooth Lighting: Maximum. No shaders. Any additional info you need, just ask. :)

those shadow-bugs are formed when the night goes away and the chunks are not loaded in.
You can fix it by pressing F3 + A to rerender the chunks.
Hope I helped.
P.S: if you still have problemes with that it' because of the resourcepack that loads the Textures wrong.
Just press F3 + T to reload the resourcepack.
