Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders, better foliage mod and LB Photorealism texture pack x256
these are the mods I used to use back when I played on Java version.
Note - SEUS was an experiment, I spent most of the time not playing with it on because I prefered the vanilla experience, as I didn't have to toy around with Forge mod loader and using older versions. :)
