Hey i would like to be a admin or mod or op on your growing server i am kind have a great sense of humour and are strict on griefers and people who swear i am also very mature i have been mod of 2 servers and admin on 2 servers 1 with 20 people and the other with 70 people, i own my own shadowcraft server 24/7 no lag, i will help promote the server on youtube and other places if you want me to i am 15 years of age and i will like to be apart of your great server please hire me

I can help but if you do not want it the main thing I can say is HAVE PRE-SET FACTIONS. do not let anybody create their own faction. Have like 5 factions. Spread 4 of them out to different corners of the map. and for the 5th have it be a non war faction for people who want to build but not fight. Like I said, I'd be glad to help and I am good at finding good plugins.
