Io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException Error

Hi guys im having trouble keeping my server running. about 30 min after i start my server, everyone gets kicked by this error, then no one can reconnect to it. Any ideas? ive removed all plugins and still get the error. We think that people get stuck in the void and it crashes it, but i remove their player logs and it still occurs.

its bukkit, states alot of errors, too much to include

That error is a very general error, as there can be a lot of causes to do that.
Could be your server overloading, but since you've provided little to no information about your server, there's not much I can tell.
