Optifine install error

Well, when i install optifine i get this error

If someone knows how this works or what this means please help me and explain what to do.

Java Or Optifine?

install forge, then just add it to your mods folder

When does it come up with the message? Is it when you click on the optifine file to run it?

Yes, when i klick on it and open it i get that message
