Hello, so I've ran into a slight problem while making the permissions for my server. I'm running it on 1.10.2 spigot and I'm using GroupManager for my permissions. To tell the truth, I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing, and I don't know if I've done any of it correctly. I can't talk, for one, and every time I try to change my rank, it comes up with an error.
So, in short, I'd appreciate it if someone were to give me a helping hand on writing my permissions. I'll send a link to the pugins I'm using if it is necessary.

Change to PermissionsEX is my suggestion. Much better and doesn't bring as many bugs. If you have discord or skype I can link you to a good guide to show you how to make ranks, set prefixs and suffixs in-game.

1. Is this new or did it come up as you updated the plugin?
2. Do you need some type of permission to chat, or could it be a conflicting plugin?
3. Does your server have more than one world, if so have you been in those worlds? Only applies if you haven't been in those worlds.
