Hi there I am wondering is there is a plugin for bukkit 1.7. what allows you to have multiple textures for each multiverse world? I tried DynamicTextures and almost anything I could find.

Doubt you can do it with Multiverse in all honesty. However, you could Bungeecord together multiple servers and then store the server's texture pack in each respective server's root. Can't think of any other way.

I can't see how this is possible. However, it is possible to have your server to use a specific texture pack on ALL worlds.
