Hello, does anyone have a plugin that allows you to give people permission to commands without a rank? Due to the fact that ranks are sort of... well I just don't like them. Please help

With PermissionsEx you can set players' individual permissions, you would just need to set the default group with permissions that you want to give everyone, and add or subtract from there.
