so i searched like months for some plugins i really want and i know they exist
this is what im searching for:
* An MOTD plugin where you can have multiple MOTDs and you can skip line/add the players name
* An Broadcast plugin which also has multiple broadcasts and you can skip line/add players name
i hope any of you awesome planetminecraft members could help me with this, in return i will give you an special rank in my server*

First entry I found on BukkitDev by searching "variable motd." There might be something better out there, but this seems like it would fit the bill.

Can you explain in more detail please?

how do you mean more detail?
add player n stuff is with like kinda colourcode i had simplebroadcast which had %n to skip line, but that one doesnt exist anymore
and for the MOTD i use magicmotd now, which has multiple MOTDs but cant add the players name
with players name i mean sentesnes like:
'The server is waiting for you, Name'
or for broadcast
'Dont forget to vote Name'
