Hi, I have a problem with the whitelist practically does not add me the users I get out the word "non-existent player" premise that users are all "Premium" no craked users.

From the console in game I execute the command I write the nik and it comes out to me the writing said above, I manually insert the nik ed and UUID directly in the whitelist file and the player enters without problems.

Why doesn't it work from the console but manually yes?
