Security questions won't reset???

I logged on to minecraft to play a map I saw skydoesminecraft do, when it asked for a security question, thinking it was the first time logging in on my computer!!!! Scince my big brother activated my account, I asked him to answer it, but he couldn't, so he tried to reset the security questions on my account. But the e-mail never came. I kept on trying so I could play DESPRATE to do my survival stuff! What is wrong with my minecraft account????

I know this may sound silly but did you check you spam in your emails sometimes the emails get sent there instead.
