My server is crashing after removing a couple mods

is it made for 1.10.2? if not then theres a 99% chance it will crash

Decocraft, flat colored blocks, and chisel and bits.. I think maybe I took out blood arsenal in that version but I cant remember. I have also found the crash to have something to do with minefactory reloaded because I took it out and it worked, but I would like to keep that mod so if there is a way let me know
