So recently I've beeen having issues with certain plugins such as enchanter plugins and essentials, like im not able to get certain blocks, enchantments dont work, and kits are "improperly defined" Im guessing that something to do with block logs are broke but im not sure what to do.

None of those are valid item ID names, be sure the plugins you're using are updated to whatever version you're using.

The server uses version 1.12.2 and has those exact versions currently running, if they are not valid it is because it uses shortened names to make /give easier but currently has issues

Can you post the entire log? Preferably using pastebin.
