Server-icon.png not working for 1.9 craftbukkit

So i made this nice picture to be my server's icon, but it's not appearing when i restart it. So the picture is in PNG format, 64x64, and 316KB... What am i doing wrong?
The server is a craftbukkit 1.9.4 server and the picture is placed in the file named server-icon.png

Just for the record, this has been fixed.

I can almost only assume this is an user mistake. Double check everything. I never seen such an error, and seeing you got like no responses I am assuming not one else did either.
Post screenshots of your minecraft directory and the icon file properties.

I know... I realized it was a 1k x 1k... lol.
I resized it to 64x64 and it's still not working.

These seem to be the requirements.
But I have to say, that's a rather big file size. Try cutting it down a bit. Mine is not even 10KB. While I do not know if it's a requirement that's the only thing I can think off.
