Hey all! I'm new to Planet Minecraft, but I've come across an irritating bug that is limiting the newcomers on the server!

The site simply isn't pinging my server correctly.
I 100% know that my server is up (i see people form all over the world connect to it) yet the site refuses to see that the server is online.

I have personally pinged the ip and it shows 0% packet loss
The server is also running on the default minecraft port, so that should not be an issue.

Is there a solution to this?
