SERVER SPAWN HELP

Hi.
I've recently begun a minecraft server which isn't public yet, since I want to make it presentable. I've wanted to build a spawn, but I'm very bad at building. I wanted to download a spawn to put in my server. It turns out I can't find anyone who knows. I've downloaded my spawn I wanted (WinRAR) but I don't know what to do next.

Hi, Simple thing
After downloading the map, extract the folder into your minecraft server directory
Once you've done so, rename the folder to any name you would like, without spaces.
after that, reload or restart your server.
Now while you are ingame, do /mv import {File Name} {TYPE}
for example, /mv import spawn normal
Types are normal for overworld, nether for nether and end for end.
