If on pc all you do is long into minecraft.net and find change my skin or something similar and go from there upload your skin on to it and tada new skin.

ok, but the probel is, I cannot do that. So I been wearing the same skin for almost 5 days, and I play on a rp server, so rate now, every skin is useless to me in the universe, that why im looking to fix it.
I don't have wifi so I am unable to do that, I only have a home computer.

It wasn't working for me either, you may need to either 1. migrate your account to mojang, or 2. restart your computer/use a different device. I changed devices and it worked perfectly. Hope I helped. ~ ((:

Ok in case you didn't notice someone told me how to do it on my post. It worked for me (I have iOS could work for android idk). Basically you just have to do it with your phone instead. Go to pmc/skindex or any other skinning site that allows you a button that says "upload to minecraft" or "change skin now" etc. Click that then it will take you up to the minecraft login page and once you do that either go to profile or it will automatically take you to the profile. Then it comes up with no link and the original page for changing your skin. If you clicked "upload to minecraft" on skindex/pmc etc then just click upload and you're done ;

Another person is having the same problem now, I am wondering if they will have to get rid of new website, because I don't really like the new layout that much

so herer is the prob for the people who don't understand it. The Skin changer thing on minecraft.net doesn't come up at all. I have tried getting in using skin creator on minecraftskins.net and planetminecraft, And it will come up change your skin, but it wont show the picture or anything, just the tile. I am a skin maker and so I have downloaded many skins. and when I go strait to Minecraft.net, only Manage your profile comes up and the link to the mojang account, and I have seen no link to help try solving it. And then I read the bug tracker and everything on minecraft and mojang seem to be fine.

I already tried that, and it only says the profile management think again. I tried clicking the link and it doesn't do anything.

Stop using the "Change My Skin" option from PMC and download the skin manually.

Everytime I try and get a skin from PMC, it doesn't show the skin file.

So you don't see this at all?
