Earlier I was on my server and was building until I got myself somehow stuck inside an air block. My server uses the following;
EssentialsX
WorldGuard
WorldEdit
bPermisions
I tried to see if this glitch occurred on other servers, and it did not. So I tried deleting my player.dat file (yes, i did the right one) and the glitch still occurred. Can someone help me, as I built quite a lot on this server and would not like to lose it!
(Yes, I restarted the server. Yes, I moved the level files to another part of my computer and the glitch still occurred on the new world. Yes, I moved the files back and restored the save.)

Try setting your logout position to another x y z

Already did that, had no effect to me glitching. I think my client is broken.

Have you tried teleporting at all, for example /tppos somewhere outside this "block"? I'm not entirely sure what you mean but I may have the slightest idea.

Yes, I have teleported. I've used the compass (WorldEdit), teleported me using the server console (I own the server), and using commands from the client. The glitch still occurs. It seems to me that creating an alt is the only way.

Hm, okay. Did you even teleport anywhere? Because if not, you can just try logging out, editing your EssentialsX file so you spawn somewhere else, reload the config and log back in.
