Right now I'm downloading the server, world and plugins, so I can reset the server.
But in the mean time I'd like to know what this error might be.
This is the error coming up in the console when the server crashes.

There is a client side error that gives you the "Error java.lang.NullPointerException"
Also is the server home hosted or hosted by on the web somewhere.
(If it's home hosted try updating Java , even if it is updated try and re-update it)
check your server jar may that be craftbukkit,spigot,whatever check those and try if that fails restart your computer and try again.
