Using some latenci packs lead to black screen

Whenever I try to use latenci's texture packs, my game screen goes black. Not the gui, Just the screen
Anyone know how to fix?

I would say that a certain texture (like fog) might be wrongly textured. Try turning all your graphics settings to minimal
