Im making where if you buy Vip, you can fly! But how do I make it where Vip's can only fly in hub and no other worlds? I use multiverse and lordpermissions. I run 1.10.2. Please help ASAP!

As already stated, perks like this is against the EULA you agree to when running a server. You can NOT sell any perks that would give players an advantage over others.

just set the perm file to allow flight in hub? also it would be against mojang TOS
