Votifier Error?

So I installed Votifier to the plugins folder, and restarted the server...
[Server thread/ERROR]: [Votifier] Votifier did not initialize properly!
Looking at my FTP, it doesn't even create a folder. Any ideas?
-Edit, managed to get the folder to create after a couple more restarts.
Still have same error though.

Heya. Managed to get folder to create.
Using latest votifier.
I have checked the tutorial offered by my host company and found the port / ip. I confirm these are set as they should be.
Tried using latest spigot and bukkit. Neither seemed to work...
Will contact host next then.

Hello make sure you're using the correct version of votifer @ https://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/votifier/
Also make sure you if you're on shared hosting change the port from 8192 to another port number, if this does not work then contact your hosting company.
If you're using your own dedicated server then make sure you add the port 8192 inside your firewall rules or end ports, inbound ports.
If the folder is not creating make sure you're using the right version of votifer and the latest build of spigot to get this running without any trouble.
