Weird mouse problem

My mouse (in mc only) is freaking out, the slightest touch makes it glitch up to look straight up/down, I am not using optifine, I am using 1.8, but on 1.12 this bug stops and a new one arises, it seems like I have cinematic mode on when in 1.12. INFO: I tried to delete my minecraft folder and reinstall it, but it didn't work, and I am not using Optifine.

Subhuman, he said only mc so its an mc problem, most likely sensitivity setting

Your sensitivty should be around 100%, mine is exactly 100%

And change your sensitivity
And change your sensitivity
