Weird ATLauncher packs chunk glitch o-o

So I just started playing with the ATLauncher and it's packs and as usual I started up one of my world's but after a while of playing on my world I started noticing a strange glitch o-o Most of my chunks are missing o-o
Any suggestions of what could be wrong or causing this?

Interesting... I'm out of ideas sadly enough. You COULD try loading the world with MCedit and see if its loading the chunks in there, if not than there's a serious problem with those chunks. If it does load in MCedit, then I really have no clue why minecraft can't / won't load them...

Try pressing f3+a, this will start reloading all the chunks. If that doesn't a work a simple relog should fix it.

sounds about how normal mc can work! I hate this glitch

It's just a world generation glitch in a lot of Minecraft versions. When you walk on it, do you fall in? If not, they will load eventually. Keep me updated!
