Probably a stupid question is a survival mode sever a PVE server?

PVE= survival in mincraft. PVA, maybe it means player vs. all?

What does player versus environment mean? Does it mean you go against mobs?

PVE = Player Versus Enviroment.
PVA = No idea. (Did you mean PVP?)
PVP = Player Versus Player
