When I Fly in minecraft with speed 2 my game completely reverses

so if i fly in minecraft and i have speed 2 on my whole game reverses like it goes upside down

What FOV do you use? Really high FOVs can cause the screen to flip upside down under specific conditions.

I figured out that after using laby mod to set it higher than quack pro then I stoped using labymod but it kept the fov as 130 so my normal optifine wasn’t working to well with it.
