I run my own MC server, hosted myself, and I have everything properly portforwarded and my friends and I can all play without much issue. However, when I try to use my AFK fish farm from a different computer (diff location), I get kicked after about an hour and a half with the message: Connection timed out. No further information. When I check the logs, it says I was timed out. I would assume this means that I was kicked for AFK, but when I look in the server.properties folder, player-idle-timeout is set to 0. All of my friends can AFK all night without a problem. Am I doing anything wrong here? Is it something with my internet or firewall?

Console message is:
[15:12:06 INFO]: iPaidToMuch lost connection: Timed out
[15:12:06 INFO]: iPaidToMuch left the game

No other information is available in the console.

Your internet was okay during the whole process? If not then it might be fluctuating internet speeds and connectivity. I don't think it would be your firewall due to it allowing Minecraft to run. So to fix this I would recommend a vps. This would help to know if it is your internet.
