pretty much all my programs have started to do this thing that I have never seen before installing windows 10. Every once in a while i can see at the top of Minecraft and other programs, it flickers not responding then goes right back to the game. In Minecraft it sometimes resets text as i am typing, randomly freezes, and just plain annoys the hell out of me. This has just started happening to me and never has happened before installing windows 10. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this or if it is just me. If anyone knows a fix for this issue please post below. Any and all suggestions are much appreciated.

Windows 10 Home (x64 bit)
msi NVIDIA Geforce 750 ti
12 GB RAM
AMD 3.5 Gz 6-core CPU
