This is going to sound like a really silly question, but I'm wanting to add a 1 block thick layer say, 30 blocks above ground level (in a suparflat world) and I'm wondering if there is a plugin that will do that?
I'm making cells in a PlotSquared world, and it doesn't seem it can add roofs - but I can't W/E every plot's roof.

At some stage you'd run out of plots though. S:

Not sure why you want to create an independence day movie. You can always worldedit a "roof"in.

If I was to W/E it in players could run out past the "roof" because I can't W/E a whole world's plot map, since it generates more as plots are claimed or players explore the map.

You could change max build height in the server properties.
max-build-height=256
max-build-height=256

It wasn't the build height that was an issue - I just wanted to have that particular world generate a "roof" above the plots. ^-^
