They are nice pet's that thrive in ExtreemeHills edge biomes. Is it worth it? (In other biomes they have a %0.00000000000000000000001 of spawning. They will follow you if you have cocca bean stew.)

I don't like the idea. You can make it rare to spawn but not too rare. Also you are overdoing it with 1000 feathers. The mod is very unbalanced but the idea is good. You could make it rideable and run 3x faster than Steve. That would be awesome and make it jump 3 blocks high and give it double jump. I would like the mod like the mod like that. The peacock could drop maybe 10 feathers every time you shear it and if it regrows fast than that would be fine.

If you shear them, they drop 1,000 feather's. No sryosly! its in the Lol mod wiki! the feather's regrow fast. Would you want it? Also, since cocca bean stew uses Shining dishes, it wastes 1 nether star, making cocca stew hard to get.
