i have forge, liteloader, both combined into one, and i want to install single player commands specifically for 1.7.2 but if i find something that seems to be good, its either for the wrong version, theres no real download link for it, or it just isnt a .jar file, which is what i need.

all my mods are .jar's for reasons like because i cant use any mods that aren't in .jar format, and when i try to use a .zip minecraft just doesnt find it and instead just ignores it as if it weren't there, and i'm getting sick of it.
