Hello, I want to tell you, readers, about my favorite mod. My favorite mod is flans mod, since it combines the creativity of minecraft with destruction.
It also has many iconic weapons and vehicles. I discovered it around 2016. I had alot of trouble downloading it. Another mod i liked was MCA, or minecraft comes alive. The mod improves villagers in many ways.

XD, at first I thought you were talking about Moderators.

The CustomNPCs mod is one of my favorites, it's a bit complex to get into but after a while you can create huge adventure maps. It works well with various other mods. It also adds new decoration-ish blocks, weapons, armor, and more, usually in the fantasy genre. It's a very well made mod, but I think it's only for 1.7.10 and 1.8, but correct me if I'm wrong.

My favorite mod is forge personally since it allows for other mods to be easily loaded. But if you are talking actual MOD and not modloaders, I would have to say the minimap mod. I can't live without my map.
But to be fair, I DO prefer vanilla in most aspects and try to do/get almost any "mod" as a datapack instead as it makes the changes to the worlds more portable and work for others as well without silly installations.

Hmm.... This is a hard one for me.
But I’d say Ice and Fire, it adds many cool mobs like dragons and hippogriffs.
