/fly Mod for Fabric

Can someone please make a /fly mod for Fabric Minecraft 1.14.4? I really need it and don't see any available mods that achieves flying in survival mode.

Afraid your best bet is to get a jet pack mod. I know that thermal expansion had one, not sure if it is for 1.14. There is also the modular power suit mod, which comes with such a thing. Other than that, magical crops had an armor set that gave you creative flight, but it has not been updated for 1.14.4. Also, what do you mean by “Fabric”?
