(SOLVED) MCreator- is it safe?

Soooooooooooo...... I can't code very well. But I want to make mods. So I tried MCreator. Edge blocked it, but I downloaded it anyway.
But then I got a message that looked like this:
It looked like that, but had MCreator's filename instead of 'test.exe'
So, is it safe? I just don't wanna mess up my pc.

Yes, it's absolutely safe. I use it to make my mods.

Thanks buddy! Like I said with MCCToolChest, I don't wanna mess up my pc. Whenever I've got a Minecraft problem, I just post on the forum!

Make sure it's from a trusted source though!
smalltoob could have gotten his version from a different source.
Also never give software admin permissions if it doesn't have to. (Since I assume it just needs to edit some file after you hit "save" I don't think it needs admin)

I tried one day from the official site, and I had to give access on a UAC. I clicked 'No' coz I didn't know what I was doing. It just closed it.

It's safe to give it admin permissions if you get it from the official site.

I'm pretty sure that it's safe, Windows shows this message because the executable is unsigned.
