{Closed} Modifying a .json file

Hello !
I need help with a problem that I meet : in 1.14.4, with optifine F3, as soon as I modify a .json file, (in this case to modify the recipe of an item), it "rejects" my change by re-downloading an unmodified version of "1.14.4-OptiFine_HD_U_F3.json". Is there a way to prevent it?

To modify any asset of the game you have to create resourcepack or datapack in this case
