So I'm trying to make a tweaked version of the lucky block mod. All I really did was changed the textures to blue. But, when I try to run the mod with forge on minecraft, it doesn't work, and latest.log gives me the following error:

[​15Dec2019 13:16:43.399] [​main/WARN] [​net.minecraftforge.fml.loading.moddiscovery.ModFileParser/LOADING]: Mod file Mod File: C:\Users\alexa\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods\Lucky-Block-Dank-Mod-1.14.4.jar is missing mods.toml file

I know for a fact that my lucky block (tweaked) mod has mods.toml, so what's going on?

Edit: did a derp... think I fixed it.

Edit 2: Textures don't work.. help on that?

Edit 3: it's only the block texture, the other textures are fine...
