Im not sure if this is in the correct place or not but I could find any ware else.

I have a potion effect filter which lets me change the effect potions have, the strength and time but is it possible to make the filter work on another item in this case the "bottle o' enchanting" i've tried with the filter but it doesn't work
any suggestions?
