Optifine Music Discs

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I'm wondering if you can add more music discs using optifine, similar to how you can add more textures using optifine. If you could, how could I do this? I don't mean changing existing discs, but adding more through renaming.

You can not add new music discs, that would require creating a mod, you can only change the existing music discs.
Only shaders can be installed through optifine, textures are changed through resource packs.
