If I download an ore mod and I already have a world created, will the ores appear in the already created world?

probably not, not many mods retrogenerate ores into already pre-generated chunks, you will have to go out in your world and generate some new chunks by exploring palces you have not been yet

Well, as long as I don’t have to create a whole new world, I’m good. But, just asking, do you know of any gunpowder mods that do put the ores into the pre-generated chunks? If not it’s fine, just wondering.

no, retrogeneration is a pretty tricky thing to do, i have only found it in big mods and even then its pretty buggy, your best bet os to install the mod and go for a walk accorss your world to bits you have not been before

depends on the mod. What version is the forgecraft/mod, what version did you make the world in, and you should look in the script of the code
